At the 122. Netzpolitischer Abend by Digitale Gesellschaft, we presented our tools and resources and talked about our research on data privacy violations by companies, for example when it comes to tracking in mobile apps.
We were invited to add a data protection perspective to the workshop at the “Bits & Bäume” conference and talk about how the GDPR can be used to get access about tracking data, as well as to defend against tracking.
We were invited by the Open Knowledge Lab Berlin to talk about our work. Of course we were happy to do so: In this talk, Lorenz gives an introduction to some GDPR basics, explains the basic function of the website and talks abput the technical and orgnizational backgrounds of the project.
